Terms and Conditions
Bookings made via my website, over the phone, text message, email or social media are taken as agreement to the following terms and conditions of service:
That I will travel to the agreed address to provide the agreed service: Behavioural Consultation, Training Assessment, Follow-Up/Training Visit, or other named service at the agreed price.
Payment in full is made when appointment is booked and can be made via BACS, Stripe or PayPal, unless otherwise arranged. Should you fail to attend the appointment the full payment will be charged.
Other Professionals
The involvement of other professionals working with your horse or dog, such as vets, riding coaches/trainers, physiotherapists, and dog walkers are welcomed. Attendance at consultations, assessments or training and inclusion in any discussion is at your discretion. I can also liaise with them if you obtain their agreement to be contacted.
Professionals should only be present if invited and notified of my appointment in advance. This allows for them to contact me or undertake research into me and my role beforehand. I also ask that I be informed at least 48 hours in advance of their presence at any appointment.
Cancellation and Postponement policy
Cancellations and postponements made with 48 hours or less notice from the appointment are subject to the retention of the full payment, less mileage charges that may have been applied.
Cancellations and postponements made in advance of 48 hours’ notice from the appointment are subject to a charge of half the full payment. The remaining monies and any mileage charges that may have been applied will be refunded, or held for future bookings if that is your preferred option.
Any cancellations or postponements made by me will not be charged for.
